Our Mission

Starlight Bridge Birth offers compassionate, evidence, and faith-based doula support for expecting mothers. Our holistic approach combines physical, emotional, and spiritual care tailored to each family's unique needs during pregnancy and birth.

In my view, every mother deserves her own "village" and I hope to provide both my support and help empower you to continue building it after your little one is born.

About

My name is Krysta Bridges...

I am a wife and mother to three beautiful children on earth. I was inspired by my last birth to become a doula, by my own doula. The difference of having additional support during my pregnancy, that came with some expected (hyperemesis-gravidarum) and unexpected twists and turns, was more helpful than words can properly express.

Prior to becoming a doula, I was a local victim advocate and have utilized aspects of that training to inform me on how to help you navigate traumas if they come up in the birth process. I grew up around the military and my oldest two were born on military installations as well. I actually got the first taste of being a doula by being the main support person for several military births.

I have a deep passion for informed consent, across all aspects of birth and motherhood, and desire to help you feel respected and empowered during this sacred time in your life.

I am proud of my faith in God and desire to help you incorporate your own faith into your birth as much, or as little, as your wish.
