Our Mission

Starlight Bridge Birth offers compassionate, evidence, and faith-based doula support for expecting mothers. Our holistic approach combines physical, emotional, and spiritual care tailored to each family's unique needs during pregnancy and birth.

In my view, every mother deserves her own "village" and I hope to provide both my support and help empower you to continue building it far after your little one is born.

My name is Krysta Bridges...

I am a wife and mother to three beautiful children on earth. I was inspired by my last birth to become a doula, by my own doula. The difference of having additional support after my third pregnancy, was more helpful than words can say. I have a passion for informed consent, across all aspects of birth and motherhood and want to help you feel respected and empowered during your birth. I am proud of my faith in God and desire to help you incorporate your own faith into your birth as much, or as little, as your wish.
