Service Description
Experience compassionate and professional birth doula support at your location. We offer emotional and physical support, ensuring an empowering birthing experience through evidence based best practice care. -This includes 2-3 prenatal appointments, where we will go over laboring positions, comfort techniques, ways to support your pregnancy, resource lists and more. -Your labor and birth support. -Postpartum visit, where we may discuss how feeding is going, nutrition, mental health + more. -Continuous support via phone or text throughout your pregnancy and continued support via text or phone, as needed postpartum. -Client Welcome Kit containing samples, practical birth bag items, journal + client workbooks.
