- Email open/click tracking (Canva documents, invoice viewing)

We do not collect sensitive financial data beyond what's needed for invoicing, nor do we require or store medical records.

- Communicate with you (scheduling, answering questions, providing support)
- Provide personalized doula services during your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period

- With a backup doula (only if you agree in advance and only the minimum needed for continuity of care)

We also take steps to keep children's identities anonymous, when given permission to post your birth photos or stories online, some steps may include using an initial or saying "brother/sister", as well as hiding faces or blurring their bodies.
